Applications and features QJ(R) series submersible motor pump is a kind of energy-saving product which is designed according to National standard or NEMA standard. It is the main equipment lifting water from deep well. The QJRseries submersible pump set operate in deep well and it is consisted of QJ(R) submersible pump and YQS type submersible motor, the pump and motor is connected by a coupling. The pump set is controlled by control panel with over-load, short-circuit, and phase failure and other protection function. The control panel is settled near the well. The structure of QJRseries submersible pump: bowl and impeller which fixed on shaft by collets or key, the segments is connected and fastened by bolts or flat fastener, keeping in line by rubber bearing, and non-return valve fitted on the top of the pump (no non-return valve for lower head pump); The structure of type YQS submersible motor consist of continue seal, water filling type stator, the rotor keep in line by water lubricating guide bearing, water lubricating bearing bear the downward force, sand guard and diaphragm for pressure adjusting fitted. Outstanding features of this submersible motor pump include: Simple structure, small size, light weight, convenient to install and maintain, reliable and safe operation, high efficiency, etc. It is widely used in farm irrigation, water supply-drainage system for factory and mines, providing human beings and animals with drinking water in plateau or mountainous areas by lifting water for under ground to ground. It can replace long shaft deep well pump, and it has feature of high head which long shaft deep well pump can not reach. Also this pump can be used for spring, and it can be used in sea water by changing the material. If the pump set controlled by frequency-transfer, the set lowest frequency should not be less than 25Hz. If the pump set used in open water, guide shroud for the motor should be completed to improve the cooling condition of the motor. Operation conditions: 1. Power source: Three phase, A.C. 380V/460±5%, 50Hz/60Hz±1%. Other power source should be specified before order. 2. The motor should be filled with distilled water (or clean water) 3. The pump set should be submerged under the dynamic water level; the distance from the motor to the bottom of the well should not be less than 3 meters. But the submerged depth of the pump set must not exceed 70 meters under the water. 4. Water temperature should not exceed 30. 5. Solid content (weight ratio) should not exceed 0.01%. 6. The PH value of water should be from 6.5 to 8.5 7. The content of H2S in the water should not exceed 1.5mg/l. 8. The amount of chlorine in water should not e over 400mg/l.
